Ashley was born 2 months early, weighing in at less than 3 pounds. In the course of a month, she was admitted to the ICU. At Christmas Day, her parents learned that she'd require heart surgery. Christmas Day brought answers to her prayers after doctors informed her parents that she had an open heart. Ashley did not require any operations. After two months in hospital, she was only 4 1/2 pounds when released. Since then, she's healthy! Her father is English and German descent. Her mother's family is origins from Ireland. Her acting debut was in an advert for the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley was first approached by the Ford Modeling Agency when she reached the age of eight. She has worked consistently and remains at the Agency. She aspired to be an actress at the young age of 10. Ashley began her professional career in 35 commercials before moving on into theatre roles. Ashley currently has a love for acting. Ashley has dedicated all of her time for acting and no longer had any spare time for modeling or dancing. Ashley's final appearance in ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley played a brief part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love" that was performed by Solange along with Romeo Miller. Britney Spears appeared in a Vogue Magazine shoot. She's in NLT "That Girl", an music video.
